It is a famous place for its fishermen on the Adriatic.<\/p>\n<p>Komi\u017ea faces south-west, towards the open sea and its horizon is limited by two islands \u2013 Bi\u0161evo and Svetac. In the wintertime, when the rain cleanses the sky and the bura (north-eastern wind) chases the clouds away, at dusk a new island appears between Bi\u0161evo and Svetac Majella hill in Italy.<\/p>\n<p>The ferryboat does not come to Komi\u017ea, only navigation experts or those from Bi\u0161eva come here. Others land in Vis and drive to Komi\u017ea, an additional ten kilometers along the road over the lowest of Komi\u017ea&#8217;s peaks, Sv.
