Following the previous instructions regarding guest registration in eVisitor, due to special circumstances, the 3rd method of first registration in the eVisitor system is also possible.

For people who do not have the conditions to submit documents online, the procedure is as follows:

• People can only provide the most basic information to the tourist community by phone
• The tourist board will then first register itself as an obligor, and based on the received data, open a corresponding non-commercial object named “First name and last name” and link it to itself.
• Tourist boards will register guests in these facilities instead of those paying

This will enable each tourist community to have a simpler overview of these persons and their guests.
