In the road from Vis to Komiža after 800m there is a left branch to Milna, Plisko Polje…
Just on the crossroads there is a branch of an old derelict macadam road which heads gently upwards. On the left side of the very saddle the road separates heading to the peak, approximately 200 m – Vela glava (353m) on which there is a former military facility. Our path continues in a gentle slope to the village Žena Glava.
From the upper edge of the village continue across the wide ridge among abandoned vineyards (the path partly follows the wide dry wall) up to the pine wood. After approximately 20 minutes of hiking through the wood you will come to the left extension heading about 100 meters down to the entrance to Tito’s Cave. Our path continues upwards; first through rare pine wood and afterwards through macchia to the Chapel of The Holy Spirit (564).
